The packages presented in this workshop will run on WVU’s HPC cluster Thorny Flat. All that you need on your side is a computer with a Web broswer capable of reach Thorny Flat Open On-Demand (OOD) Connect to OOD on its URL On Demand Thorny Flat.
The same tools can be installed on your own computer. You can use Anaconda to get a working Python environment where you can install the packages presented in this workshop.
